In his book a “Grain Brain: The Surprising Truth About Wheat, Carbs, and Sugar” he claims that grains are responsible for many degenerative brain disorders and he has devised a version of the Paleo Diet. His claim that “the idea that people are nutritionally deprived because they don’t eat grain has no scientific basis” is controversial and his diet is very strict (any cheating can be harmful).

A drawback of air source heat pumps (as used for pools) is that they become less efficient in low temperatures and require a defrost feature to enable them to keep working.
